I have bad day on my last visit to the spa, I called and reserved a masseur，I arrived on time and was lead to the room, I was waiting for more than 20 minutes but no one showed up, I feel so upset and I put my clothes on and leave, when I left and meet Mina at the front door and she told me that the masseur was in bad mood and didn't want to work, she recommended another one to me but I don't want to stay, it is not the spa fault but they should let me know instead of letting me stay in the room for long

You didn’t talk to management when you left unhappy few months ago while waiting for a session with the girl whose name you don’t recall. How is management supposed to know what happened to your session few months back and even you don’t remember which girl you tried to blame.

I think some people don't realize that management at bestu is doing their best to make things right..but if you want to just to make a scene for attention or whatever, that's some unnecessary drama..

Guys - I got a reply from Best U admin that they will not compensate me at all even though they said they want to make this right.
I literally called it out the very next day and two people from Best U posted here that Pinky is having some problem while the other posted that she was fired the same day I came over.
Now Best U does not want to compensate even though they know it was their attendant's gross mistake.
Don't go to Best U.

Don’t worry please ,our boss is smart,she knows how to keep good girls stay.Some other spa promoter created fake account and just wanted to make up stories to denigrate our girls.He should stop .We don't even consider him as a competitor.
Kiki was very busy at our sister spa today,I just verified from her too.She only refused to massage one kind of customer who treated her rudely and forced her to do the services not allowed .Kiki is solidly booked every day she works.
