Life has its ups and downs. I have cheated death twice while I was in the army. I have survived 3 days with no food in the jungle. I don't even have bus fare to immigration office in downtown from Danforth and Pape when I first arrived here 40 plus yrs ago. So this is nothing to me. These are all part of life. If you guys think your life is tough now, pls have a look at those thousands of refugee families with small children in Syrian refugee camps. It's so heart breaking. My sister in law whom I see 2-3 times a year wanted to come by my house (crazy). I said "no way"
A friend of mine has met on-line and gone to their homes with 2 girls over the past 3 weeks.

I think an stay home order, masks and complete isolation is the only way to to fully stop this shit

I think the high death toll here is purely the result of ignorance. Motherfuckers still going out partying, refusing to socially distance, going on vacations, cruises, etc.
The other day I was looking at Taiwan's statistics. They have a population of 23 million and they reside in a land mass no larger than southern ontario. Yet they have less than 1000 cases. Same goes for Hong Kong. And it's apparent to me that people over there takes things a lot more seriously. As of this writing, my neighbor is inviting friends over for house parties. I am seriously considering reporting them.

You want an educated response to your post? Ok. Did you have a girlfriend or wife commit an abortion? You had to come on this sex forum to defend her act. I agree, people here not taking it seriously. Some idiots were still going on cruises in March, then got stuck and begging our government to bring them back. Of course, Trudeau thinks they will actually follow the rules and self isolate but the reality is they will go out and end up spreading it more.

Makes you wonder, if all this self isolating is just in vain.
