No, I won't name her. I was as much to blame in this as she was and this isn't going to lessen my daily income, so I won't do that to her either.

Some of you who have heard the same stories from her may recognize her, but please don't go public with her name. That wasn't my intent.

Henry, she is probably concerned that you will name her so is promising to repay you. The pain of betrayal (the worst part of this) will go away with time. Waiting to be repaid will only leave you hanging on longer - ain't going to happen from this Con Artist.

Naming her on the board would help everyone else and dish some back to her. The problem is that it won't help you heal and would probably make it worse.

Unfortunately the sex business attracts some real lowlife. Thankfully there are still many who are happy to provide honest service for our money.

Henry - I can imagine the pain that you are going through. Anyone is vulnerable to this type of con. Once we are emotionally involved, manipulation becomes easy. As long as your tests check out OK the $5K may be a cheap lesson.

She is obviously a very devious woman who will mess with the wrong person some day.

I gave enough information so that anybody else who might be getting too close to her will recognize the stories. That will be their fair warning. I honestly don't know if there are others, other than one. And he now knows.

I don't want this to turn into a witch hunt and you forget that I still love her, regardless. So although I've been burned, I'm not going to burn back. What would be the point?

I'm just going to get on with the rest of my life and be done with this chapter.

Your not the first guy to have this happen to and you wont be the last. I to have made the same mistake( I wont bore you with the details) We are all fools sometimes your in good company. The only thing I can tell you is that your in for a long painfull road back and the temptation to keep seeing her will be unbarable at times. But dont give in it will pass. just say to yourself "Its was her job and she did it well" Considering what Ive heard from other hobbiests you got off cheep. It is quite a story, man. I feel for you. Let me just say that this is part of the danger of this hobby. No matter how seasoned you are, I doubt one can always set aside the emotion completely.

I am on Henry's side on not leaving things as it is. She likely has her own story as well. The real story may even be sadder than the fictional one.

I actually have met anothe mpa with somewhat different details. I offered the $5K. (I am thinking $5K must be a number presetted by some mpa union or something) Well, she did not take it. She is now retired and back in school. So not every mpa is like that but just be careful out there.

Although the story itself is sad, I can't say I didn't get anything out of this.

1-I've been living in an emotional vacuum for ten years. I had a lot more high points than low ones in this relationship, high points that I hadn't experienced in a long long time. Absolute Euphoria at times.

2- She is extremely intelligent and a good conversationalist. The hours spent talking in Hotel rooms were highly stimulating and rewarding. I think I'll miss that the most.

3- The sex was great.

4- I learned how lonely an individual I really am and I'm going to do something about it.

5- We shared the same taste in music, so she introduced me to the exquisite guitar playing of Gary Moore.

6- For awhile at least I believed I had found my soul-mate. And that's a special feeling, believe me.

So it was a learning experience. I feel better already getting all this out. Thanks for listening guys and Laura.
