I can confirm that they have scheduling issues at times at this location. Been double booked more than once, better lately but still hear complaints of wrong time or wrong day when someone shows up for an appointment. I had an appointment with Lucy once and it was almost 20 Mins late.
She ended up giving me and extra 15 mins on top of the hour as an apology.

It does suck especially if you have commitments but as far as I've seen they do try and make it up.

Worst was when they were so busy they did my massage in the foot massage room. Hate that one. Feels very exposed and not private. Only happened once so not a huge deal. Be warned that door doesn't fully close properly so they sometimes have to use a stone to keep it shut.
