Oh boy! What a doozy this week was. Knowing a week ahead of an impending shutdown and being given the time to prepare for it, the days leading up to today felt like saying goodbye to a sports icon before his/her retirement. Or a circle of friends before graduating High School. Or loved ones before moving away to live in another city permanently. In situations like these, feelings of anticipation and excitement are always there yet somewhere in between is a feeling of sadness. Now that we're past the midnight hour, it's surreal that we're about to undertake this challenge once again. Oh well, I'm exhausted after all the activities I partook in this past week.

Had drinks with co-workers after work on Tuesday at a patio, got my last haircut on Wednesday (praying my boy doesn't close his barber shop when things reopen), had a session with Lorena @ Seduction Keele on Thursday, worked late night on Friday and got really drunk with friends and family on Saturday at a patio. On Sunday, I had invited some more friends over to my condo (right around the allowed capacity so FU COVID lovers) for lunch and more drinks and then had that one last session with Margot @ Flirt Finch. As a wrestling geek, this eventful week was capped off by watching tonight's PPV and seeing my favourite wrestler The Undertaker officially retire from the industry.
