This isn’t America there are certain laws that prevent cops from doing these type of entrapment things unless you or the prostitute is one of Canada’s most wanted. We are lucky over here that we don’t really have to worry about getting caught like Robert Craft.

I've been saying this for a long time. Sex should be legalized to make it safer for both the client and the provider. Not to mention the health benefits resulting from having sex. I don't understand why governments are dragging their feet on this issue.

Yup. This gray zone where it is illegal but not prosecuted makes no sense. It’s the worst of both worlds. It enables human trafficking, pimping, organized crime, etc. If it was legalized, it would destroy all of that and allow for better security and protection for sex workers, access to health and retirement plans, addiction treatment, etc for them. And taxation on wages and corporate profits for government. Does anybody think that the status quo is reducing demand ? Because it sure as hell isn’t.

Yeah, the whole viewpoint of society should change towards a positive viewpoint towards prostitution in Canada. In Thailand, there are a lot of spas and massage parlors that provide sex, and men don't get frowned upon, ridiculed, or demeaned for visiting such places there.

Sorry to burst the bubble for some of you, but legalizing prostitution has no documented affect human trafficking.

A lot of research actually leans towards it increasing Human Trafficking.
