If you could take the gogos out of walking street and put in bangla road phucket would be almost perfect,i thought the gogos in bangla were not all that great,girls trying it on for st at 1500 bht bye bye,having 1 drink and pissin off !.

Went into i think classroom gogo tout followed me in ,i was only guy in there ,soon as i sit down an old slapper trys it on,the tout comes over with beer asks 500 bht ?? i say no ****in chance im paying that starts arguing with the twat,mamasan cools it all and i pay 140 bht ,meanwhile the old slapper s still annoying me so i drink quick and leave.

Walkin st gogos i missed while in phucket,much more hands on fun for less.

What's UP is a great place. i remember going in there last year with Andymon and Likeitalot...i think within 15 minutes we were soaked and full of bubbles.

WS was unsurpassed for sheer red-lightness and hardcore jaw dropping, gob-smacking sleaze.
Some amazing, and quite talented shows. The pouring of dayglo paint under UV lights springs to mind..
Bangla is a bit more refined, but geared (like alot of Patong) towards being a facade for the tourists I felt.
Still nothing wrong with that I s'pose.

In Patong I found that the go go's are pushed at you so often by the touts that they never really interested me - a bit like those shop owners that wont leave you alone, and so you end up just walking out.

In Pattaya on the other hand, we went into a few go go's because we wanted to and didnt get mauled by touts. Sweethearts was great we got 4 vodka redbulls for 50 bht each! then the manager (a good guy from the UK) came over and bought us a free round. we stayed in their for a good few hours then left happy and pissed! I would have returned but my mate decided to take a girl from there that night - then sweethearts obviously became out of bounds, as did quite a few places on walking street 555555

I think it is nonsense to compare the two! When I was a younger man, I preferred Phuket and Bangla. I have much more difficulties to have a woman these days. Pattaya is better for me, then.

What I do prefer in WS, is that there are places and not ALL expensive, where you can have diner by the ocean. Some have a nice atmosphere, not what you would expect in this area.

I respect the opinion of people who prefer Phuket and Bangla. But Naklua beach, where I am staying is not so bad, you know. Also Patong is hardly a little fishermen village!

Just a stupid question from me again Why is there not more development of gogo in Phuket? For years the same ones, mostly in Crocodile that Soi is called no? Am I mistaken, but it seems that for entertainment, many things does stay the same for years now.

For sure...can go your loom, or can go short time loom 100 baht. Did this once but room had no aircon and smelled pretty foul. From then I used 200 baht room with aircon, no smell, no worries...
