I have been at the receiving end of STDs twice in my life. On both occasions I knew where I got it since I had been with only one girl, but they always ask you about sexual partners and they get contacted and checked. STDs regardless of the intensity or the type are a public health issue SPECIALLY if the infected person has multiple partners .

Ladies have more discretion at semi-legits. Since FS is not a "menu" item, they can choose who to do FS with or whether to do it at all (many won't). Just because Joe A paid and got FS doesn't mean Joe B will as well (but yeah, if she does it with you, good chance she has done it with others).

Regardless, it's pretty much guaranteed that ladies at holistic places do FS way more than the MPAs at semi-legits...and like I said, there are many many semi-legit MPAs that will not do FS at all.

A lot of MPAs are working away from their husband or family, they feel lonely and home sick easily. They will get attach to certain clients too. The point is I don't pay $200, $160, or even $120 for BBFS. I get my 45 or 60 mins of nice massage and my BBBJ/BBFS sessions for $100 all in most of the time, so I'm good with that. Am I special, I don't know, but I certainly get much more than most people at $100
