Best texting / calling app - any recommendations?

My go to have been using Lucky Mobile sim with their $15/month plan.

Sim from Dollarama and quick set up online. They don't verify real credentials so even better.

For what I spend on this hobby, $15/month is worth a second line.

I know it's not viable for everyone but works for what I need it for.

I did prefer text now, but this works for when I need it and I prefer making regular bookings (restaurants etc) with that number also.

TextNow = gd 4 sketchy new gals u nvr tried b4… some of them very obv sell yer # & u get junk txt suddenly! … then u can use tools 2 try to stop it, or just burn the #…

If you used a fake identity and stuff, how would you cancel the line? Wouldn't they make you jump through some hoops? also don't you use your own credit card to pay monthly? So your identity is still linked.

Yea you just stop paying. It's month to month. And what like XTC said is correct - prepaid cards.

The idea is a proper burner phone set up. For me it's ideal. Totally get that it's not for everyone especially those in relationships where it's bait to have a second phone.
