Tried a VPN last night. Did not work.

When you are using VPN, are you putting the source country as Canada? I just tried accessing it via VPN, and it worked for me.
I too use VPN, when I travel, cos of Geoblock.

Some of the reviews are paid reviews. It's difficult to identify its legitimacy, unless you PM the user and ask multiple questions. But some people will report you for PM'ing. (You are not allowed to PM other users and ask questions about providers, it seems.) My account has gotten suspended, luckily not banned so far.
Admin has edited or deleted my reviews on providers, sent me death threats via PM, etc for pointing fingers at them.

They can see it of course. Why would you imagine otherwise. You send them data, they read it. Get a good VPN so that you only send them wrong data. Some VPNs have dozens of Canadian sites. Safari on an Apple device automatically hides your location, stays within the same time zone and country.
