No it is not confirmed and if she does come back to the industry I doubt it will be with Premier as they were a little aggressive with her about taking shifts which was the reason she changed her mind about coming back this year.

She was only looking to pick up a couple shifts a month to make some extra cash, but once Premier management saw how quickly she was booked up they wanted her to take more shifts as it meant more money for the SPA which wasn't what she was looking for, then they tried to fine her for not showing up for the shifts and that's when she decided not to come back. If you talk to most of the girls, scheduling and fines are the big pain points and negatives of working at Premier now. It is the reason Carmen moved to Elevate as Reyna and Helana left again.

I think you need to look at the root cause of girls not showing up for shifts and one of the big reasons is poor scheduling by management. Look at the Tuesday day shift where they have 11 and a half girls scheduled which in my opinion is way more then they need resulting in the average girl seeing fewer customers and taking home less pay from that shift.

Irrelevant in Carla’s case. She’d be fully booked regardless of how many other girls on shift
