I'll summarize that article for you. Graphene oxide is an interesting material in sensory applications, due to its low toxicity, flexibility and maluabilility, while having the ability to produce and maintain electric signals. It's like those electrodes doctors put on you to measure your cardiovascular system (ecg) but in saran wrap form.

The invasive applications of it is the embedding of graphene oxide as a sensor in organ implants so they can monitor the health of the organs. The synthetic organs are still connected to external power source and transmission modules.

But the key takeaway is that graphene oxide is a fucking sheet of composite that is connected to other components, it has no ability to to send or process data, required for Bluetooth communication or tracking you dumb fuck.
