Did you even read the article? It says the sun is the most natural way to get vitamin D, not that everyone gets the needed amount from the sun. Also said: “For example, people who live farther away from the equator typically need more sunlight because the sun’s UV rays are weaker in these areas.

They also need to take vitamin D supplements or eat more vitamin-D-rich foods during the winter months, since they cannot make it from sunlight.”

You shouldn’t be calling people racists and then insulting others that don’t have enough vitamin D. According the the article people with dark skin don’t absorb vitamin d easily. Does that make you a racist, once again?
