I have some knowledge to share. First, condoms drastically reduce sti risk but not to zero. You are still exposed to skin based infections including herpes. Still, it’s a no brainer to use condoms. Its shocking and frankly a little bit amusing that some hobbyists voluntarily engage in BBFS. Second, while BBBj is common, so common as to almost be an assumed service, I would recommend CBJ. While the odds are small, there is still a risk of sti transmission with BBBj. A final observation - many stis are asymptomatic. Just because the MPA does not present does not mean they’re not infected, and you may also have an sti without symptoms. So getting tested is important. I can vouche for earlier comment about hassle free clinic. They’re professional , super cool and they’ve seen it all.
