Yi Hao KTV must make more improvements before it can catch up with Eurasia (Ou Ya) KTV. Nonetheless it's getting more and more popular as the months go by. How I know? I'm in the KTVs every night. From the KTV booking traffic intelligence that I gather I can determine what's hot and what's not.

Fantastic reports ISO. Thanks for all the good infos. I`ll be in CP next June. Will keep on reading your reports. I was in CP last May and visited Fuhao after reading some reports from another bro here. Unfortunately it was disastrous. Also stayed at Lion Hotel which was also recommended of which i was also disappointed. Hope my next trip will be a more memorable one.

Recently checked out the KTV and stayed at the hotel room as well. No renovation noises at least on the level that I'm staying in. Bed is soft.

As for the KTV I saw many familiar mummys and chicks from all the other popular KTVs especially Eurasia (Ou Ya). Basically you're paying premium for the 2-6-9 and 3-8-12 category. Those girls are available at a cheaper rate in other KTVs. DJs have two categories as well. ¥200 (Red Dress) and ¥300 (Blue Dress). Also Yi Hao KTV is charging a hefty 15% service charge on the bill.

They're trying to imitate the prices of Royal Garden (Di Hao) but Royal Garden is a class on its own. Overall impression Yi Hao is still behind Eurasia (Ou Ya). Will suggest to management to standardise DJ tip to ¥200 and drop the service charge to 10%. Create more value to all customers.

Checked out Mango Club on Tian E Hu Road a couple nights ago. Same concept as R2 (California Red). Security guards in played out desert storm military uniforms. Beer pricing is ¥320 per dozen. Rather expensive drinks here. Pricing itself a tad higher than the nearby bars. A sales manager approached my female friend and threw in a free Chivas. Haha it doesn't hurt to bring your female friends along.

Rather pretentious kind of crowd. Can try this place for the experience but repeating it for me I guess only when necessary. There're better value bars out there in CP.

Was at Mayflower and Jia Yi KTV last night. Fully booked and packed with many cannon soldiers. Mayflower KTV (141 rooms) / Jia Yi KTV (80 rooms). Male ratio more than female ratio by 2:1. Hahaha. Pick girls at Mayflower KTV first then proceed to Jia Yi KTV. Whole place damn lively like some Deity Birthday Celebration.

3 main reasons for this phenomenon.

1) Hong Kong Public Holiday: Chung Yeung Festival 16th Oct
2) Canton Fair
3) Weekend

By the way Mango Club is officially opened on 16th Oct. Walked pass last night and it seems happening.

Amazon KTV at Fan Er Sai (凡尔赛) Hotel has full naked KTV. They call it High Definition (高清). Flower street starts at 19:00hrs (weekdays) and 18:30hrs (weekends) There're 3 types of eforum.xxxs that girls will wear. Blue (高清), Orange (Non 高清), Red (Not Convenient). Girl category is all 2-5-8. Add ¥100 for girls who strip. Girl strength is about 200. Girl quality is 6/10 on average and young.

Drinks prices more or less the same as the rest of CP KTVs. You can HD (高清) the whole night if you want. There're no time restrictions. The HD (高清) girls are required to be fully naked. Yes bras and panties off. For those who are looking for wild action this is the place to be in CP. The way to get the party going is to tune down the lighting and switch to disco music after some drinking. Girls will let loose and start the action.

Pros:
1) You can decide easily if the girl is playable or not.
2) You can check out the body of the girl in detail before you decide to bring back the girl.

Cons:
1) Furnishing is a bit run down. Sound system is acceptable. If you can accept Hui Hua KTV older rooms then should be no problem.

Yi Hao International Hotel will have their soft opening on 14th Dec 2010. I had a tour of the whole hotel and below are my feedback.

Hotel room rates wise definitely cheaper than Eurasia (Ou Ya). Value for money when compared to Hui Hua and Miraton Hotel's oldish guest rooms. Most of the Yi Hao guest rooms have separate shower and bathtub.

KTV room decor I'll have to say Eurasia (Ou Ya) is better. Sound system is on par with Eurasia (Ou Ya) KTV. Yi Hao KTV's most expensive minimum spending room is CEO Room (¥3980). Girls category 2•6•9 / 3•8•12 / 5•15•20. As for quality wise no need to say much as most are also from other major KTVs.

In terms of overall impressiveness between the two I feel Eurasia (Ou Ya) still comes out top. Nonetheless Yi Hao comes in at a right time to break Eurasia's (Ou Ya) "monopoly" on luxurious cheonging. I think 5 Star Hotels will be the future development in CP. One or two other 5 Star Hotels are already in the works. Enjoy while this playground is still affordable. Maybe in 5 years time those pork chops or spare ribs also cost 3•8•12! Average quality ones become 5•10•15!
