I think the young owner knows spa business and he also good in marketing and customer service. When he saw me unhappy about the ladies in his spa, he replied that he is hiring new blood and then recommends two girls for me. He knows the deficiencies in Club Dynasty. If he changes and correct the shortage, he would win clients including me. I have nothing against what you posted, except I want to add to it, that the essence of a spa is the quality of MPA, the massage skill, services, Renovation is improving the packaging, but the content---MPA, massage, are the key elements. Again, I am impressed by the young owner from the way he is running his business and he is in the right direction. Yes, the Spa is not for me now but I beleive the place will soon be for me under the new management.
