Penicillin is not a treatment for most of STIs. Just saying. So don’t self treat if you got your pinky swollen or itchy or vomiting pus. You need to see a doctor for treatment. Yes, herpes and HPV are spread by skin-to-skin contact, so if your balls rub against her pussy while you're fucking, you could catch one of those. It's probably very unlikely but still possible in theory. Most other STIs are spread by fluid transfer.

What do you mean Penicillin doesn't work. I thought the doc tests the urine and blood sample and prescribes what works best?

I actually wonder why these women do it. They are like 10x more vulnerable to stds compared to men.
