With all the respect, if someone you got bbfs with and not repeating it with her to stay safe is the stupidest thing I read today. You could be number 10 in that week who did it with her. So if she had it, you most probably have it by a week after. There are some diseases that they give it a number of try to get it like HIV for example requires 4 times with the same girl but there is a good chance that you get it first time.
STIs have symptoms that may show up in 10 days.

I'm not here to argue with anyone as to the merits, or not, of unprotected sex with sex workers, regardless of the power trip it may or may not give u. End of day, it's about money to them, that's it, some have serious dependencies that cloud their judgement and that makes it a dangerous sport all round.
