Question Creating Banner Ads

Hi. How do I create a banner ad with all the flashing logos? My friend wants to advertise her business by putting up a banner ad. I never did this before so I started off with the Canva software. It is rough going so far. Is there an easy way to create a banner ad in a few hours that is inexpensive. Or should I use a desktop publishing software? Or should we hire a professional company to create a banner ad? Any suggesions would be appreciated. Thanks.

They have 2-3 sales rep in here for that to advertise in here if your friend is in spa business. One is a MPA at Health HUB and one is a hobbyist who hang around at Purple Sugar. Ask MIa at PPS and she will give you the contact number.

Haha.. I think I know who your friend is. She asked me yesterday with the banner ad she has created herself and asked me how to put that into banner ads in planet. I told her you cannot do it herself and I gave her the sales agent number. He will be there today to help her out. She asked why I didn't become the sales rep. I just told her I am so busy and have no time for anything else.
