Those places that you said can't be compared to MP. MP is more discreet in terms of their location - and some bros prefer this. You can be on the way to or Reviewom MP, bump into people you know - no problem! Easily explained that you have some other business in that building or location

As for those caught flouting the rules, they may have their license revoked. As what a Bros had mentioned about a SPA at Punggol with open concept, that could be the direction that a MP would be. Also with all the introduction and certifications of the massage industry, the call for standards and demands for HC operating as a holistic entity is even greater. Well, If all spa open as "open concept" without curtains and partition, they do not need to apply for Cat 1 or cat 2 license and govt will lose $520 per year per MP for the license.
