That is a good idea. Such groups should be private only. Check their MP reputations before sharing link.
Quality is more important than quantity.

Let members form their own splinter groups to share further to their friends. That way the core group will be safe.

Had we tagged the group as NSFW? I don’t think 1-2 people reporting the group will cause it to be banned. Most likely some rule might have been broken and that’s why probably the group may have been flagged by discord bots.

There are even Sex workers promoting themselves on Discord. But their servers are clearly tagged as NSFW, 18+, SEX-WORK etc clearly visible and the description page clearly mentions what the group is for. So such groups won’t unnecessarily show up in non-NSFW and non-adult searches. Also people won’t end up joining such groups by mistake.

I strongly feel it’s got to do with some rule being broken unknowingly and not because the server was being reported by rogue members.
