She has DNA from an unidentifiable male on her dress from that alleged assault (read: male jizz). She could proceed and request a DNA sample and compare. If it’s a match it is proof that he did sexually assault her. Trump has had over two dozen other complaints against him that have been paid off and women have signed NDA’s to avoid costly legal fees. Don’t count on criminal charges on this one but politically he could be labelled a rapist if that DNA matches and it will be hard for the Christian Right-wing to turn a blind eye on that since if he did it once then there’s some credence to the two dozen other complaints too.

Sure. She knows who’s it is but it’s the ability to undeniably prove it to all America that is at stake. This is the one thing that could make Trump radioactive to a bulk of his supporters and to any producer or advertiser if he wanted to get back into entertainment or media.
