The attack definitely did not happen the way we are told.

ok...no, planes did not fly into the buildings...we saw some kind of holographic projection....the terrorists were named but we the public have no idea if they were made up...there were reports of 5 of them still being alive in Africa....If as an American false flag operation the CIA & DOD had to be involved along with mossad....the buildings were blown up with pre-planted explosives and much reduced to dust as they fell by some kind of energy source from above.

The attack did not happen the way we are told for sure....it was either an inside job which was overkill on the part of the CIA and DoD or the alien revenge attack....I am sure you have done your research on the events (more likely not) and saw how the twin towers turned to dust....and yes hologram airplanes involved.

I would have thought that just stating Biden won and Trump lost would get him some points...but you're right, I haven't followed the exchange closely enough to make the comment. I guess I pitied him for trying to deal with people whose minds are closed to any narrative but the one they've married on the alter of CNN.

I note you are very fond of accusing others of "deflecting": I think you accused me of the same thing when we argued about systemic racism? I'm not sure you've got a very strong grip on what a "fact" really is vs an argument.

I would change it across the board. Right now these issues are like a hot potato that nobody wants to handle. The Mueller report couldn’t indict because of this rule so it became an impeachment issue. Fast forward to this year and we have a riot and another impeachment. Many Republican Senators voted not guilty because they thought it was unconstitutional to impeach a President out of office even though that was the first thing and vote on the Senate agenda (the Tuesday vote) which said it was constitutional and is now law for any future incidents. You even had Mitch McConnell vote not guilty for that reason the he gave a speech that Trump was practically and morally responsible and can still be handled in a court of law. Take that policy change away and let the DOJ do it’s job without restraints because the politicians don’t have the balls to do their duty and uphold their oath of office.

So what would you do? Are you going to put your neck only there and take a position and defend it or will you do your normal cowardly thing and deflect and distract?

Following existing laws and policies is always the way to go. Which renders this conversation useless.
You’re such a typical lefty. You only complain about laws and policies that affect what you want.
