Looks like Muse thought they didn't need the advertising as most people will review the girls there anyway. Which makes sense. But not paying off whatever they were owed and then ignoring any communication to settle the account is a bitch move.

LOL, I Always thought that the board let Muse belittle any member they saw fit and if Muse didn't like it, the red board would sanction, ban or delete.

To me it was blatant and really one of the main reason I refer to the red board as an advertising board ( this actually holds true for any forum, it is a business after all.
