Hiring someone just because they're pretty and/or young might work in the short run. Over time however, it would just serve to dilute the E&M experience so not likely to happen here

That said, finding someone who has excellent massage skills and is also young/pretty is always on our radar!

Other spas talk about E&M as an example for their own business model.
Pretty hard to do with the amounts of monies these girls are making elsewhere
with the extra services, cutthroat actions between mpa's partly because of the
economy and/or over zealous promoters.
E&M's low profile, continuous top notch service and best management will
always rule.

Great review for Ada, have seen her and is on my list of goto's for E&M. Cici is another who I really like here is a goto as well. Her massage is great, nice tease and finish, we just

All are very consistent with their massage skills, different age range and experience.
Not to mention differences in spa accepted services such as Sandy being the teasing

could apply huge amounts of pressure using elbows and if not done properly, can injure a person. Wasn't here but I remember a head massage from a girl who applied
way too much pressure on my temples, had a headache the balance of the day. Maybe I am just a wuss but nevertheless, did not return. A trained RMT would know this
and I am sure this place have done their due diligence over the years.

Some amount of discomfort (mild pain) is normal in a professional massage, but this should disappear quickly after the pressure stops. A dull ache may exist afterwards if you're especially tight or haven't had a massage in a while, but again this shouldn't last more that a day or so. Any sharp pains (during or after) are an indication that maybe too much pressure or not the right technique was used, and this should be avoided. Be sure to give feedback to your attendant if you have any concerns or talk to reception. We want to make sure everyone gets the full benefit of the massage they receive!
