That’s exactly what’s happening at our next door spa and killing their own business with lies and fake reviews. They have just installed a new CCTV camera a few weeks ago pointing to EB side to monitor what's going on and I felt bad yesterday cuz they'll be seeing EB had about 30 plus customers yesterday and maybe 12-13 the most at their spa..

The funny thing was they even posted EB offered Joedesign 2 free room fees to write bad review for Chloe at BU. Just wonder how low they will go. The more they lie, the more they will get into trouble. The truth always come out at one point. They think they can fool members..lol

Have a look at the log sheet from yesterday how busy we were and we still lost out 4-5 customers bcuz no one is free. I will show you just half the page which showed already 20 and you figure out the rest how many we did yesterday. Amy alone did 11 and she had to turn down a few guys cuz we have no one available. Some waited more than half hr outside. Some guy still showed up at 11 pm. Amy had to tell him to come back tmrw. Poor Emma had to work till 11:20 and begged me not to go home cuz she thinks her last customer was a little high.

We have big turnover rate cuz we don't mind getting rid of girls those are not good enough for the spa. We have lots of girls waiting in line to replace them. Some spas are struggling to find girls and begging them to stay no matter how old, how ugly and how shiity their attitude were. As a matter of fact, one girl just sent me a message looking for a job. When they heard the spa is busy, they come, you don't need to go out looking for them.

Oh..BTW... did you notice a new spa Amore on my list? I don't want to take her in but she used to be one of my fav a few yrs back , so I took her in. 100 gigs might be going crazy again. I told her to advertise with Ling for banner ads.

One guy booked Tina with no name , no number and told me he will be here in about half hour. When I asked for the number, he didn't want to give. A few minutes later one guy walked in and asked for Tina. I gave him Tina cuz most of those no names no number guys never show up 80 - 90 % of the times. The guy who booked Tina showed up about 30 - 35 min later. I told him she's taken and has to wait 25 minutes. He wasn't happy but left again saying he sure will come back in 25 minutes, but didn't give his number again. I told him if he's late 2 minutes , she'll be given to someone else cuz we have 2 guys on the way in 15 -20 min who will take anyone. Everyone is busy and we already have a customer waiting in the car.

Ebw needs to do a better job recruiting given you let your customers do the dirty work for you. Maybe have the potential candidates to give you a free test drive first. Afterall a good promoter must know what they have in store rather than solely relying on good reviews to promote the girls. And yes definitely ignore the negative reviews by calling them trolls or blame them for the experiences.

So you claimed you have 30 customers per day. To make things simple, so each girl gets 10 customers each and we assume each customer gets the full 30 minutes of massage. That is 5 hours worth of massage for each girl and given this place is not a fs place. That requires a lot of energy. I definitely would avoid busy places as he quality of massage will suffer due to heavy workload

LOL.... So long as you know I am not afraid of anyone, I am cool with that. I kicked out 2 cheap asses yesterday . One Chinese and one Persian from Dubai. The asshole from Dubai agreed to do bodyslide with a girl for 80 bucks and after everything was done, he wanted to pay only 50- 60 saying he was here last time for one hr and paid only 80 tip. This time only half hr , so $50 is good enough. I told him if he wants to come back here again, better pay up or I will kick you out now. He looked at me and pay...lol
The Chinese guy brought up here only wanted to pay 10% tip on one hr massage. I told him this is not Chinese restaurant. Pay up or don't fkn come back. Amy was kicking my leg to be nice. I told her I don't want guys like that here cuz you get all the door fees, your girls don't.
