My prediction is only in 2024, I think we are going to go into recession in 2023 as a result I think it is smarter to just sit on their third licence and not incur the fixed costs as business at the premier SPAs is already slowing down. What they should focus on is recruiting at both Perla and Pure and try to improve the existing rosters as some of the new girls they have hired arn’t great in my opinion.

It depends a lot of girls at Premier including some of the popular girls are unhappy with Premier management and are watching what happens at Elevate. Depending on what direction the management at Elevate takes you could see a number of girls go over to that SPA.

Premier girls are unlikely to leave for long. Most of management is… unsupportive, to put it mildly, but it’s consistently busy.

Yes they do have a third license as they have the license for Pure Spa, Perla Spa and for Studio 9 which is still active but is not being used. It is not a difficult thing for them to change the address of the Studio 9 license to a Location in the west end which was the original plan.

The girls are not that loyal to Premier, if Seductions by some miracle keeps the negative elements at Keele and Airport such as the drugs out of Elevate while keeping their social media marketing for Elevate you will see more girls follow Helena and move there.

My mistake, per the City of Toronto License records the license is still owned by the numbered company associated with Premier.

I can see girls moving to Elevate if management were less strict there, especially in regards to fines and the amounts that girls can charge, though I'm not sure that will be the case given what I've heard lately.

I wouldn't say girls are "loyal" to anywhere unless they're making money, primarily, and the work environment is tolerable, secondarily.

Seduction has grown by acquisition. Recall Seduction Keele was some other spa prior. And Seduction Airport was Ambrosia or something like that prior. Seduction is growing because they had some young guys who happened to manage the business better than the prior managements of the places they took over. And they were progressive enough to open Lush when covid hit to continue business. Lush is now dead essentially.

It would seem that Seduction has better management than Premier. Seduction is even smart enough to have some of their better girls like Sierra pulling shifts at Elevate to help the new location get start off on the right foot.

Flirt actually got off the ground because Alpha care management was starting to suck and so the receptionist there went to start her own place and many of the ladies followed.

Premiere will have to smarten up and adapt. Or they will relegate themselves to a niche. Similar like how there are 4??? parlors at the Parkhurst Square in Brampton where AGS is. All are somewhat surviving but none are really making a name for themselves.
