Agreed that food is good. It is pretty high standard for a spa in sg.

Unfortuantely, no syt as most cheongsters remarked, can look dun touch also shiok ma.

Hate the fact that need to pay for parking though if can cheong should not complain about parking.

Facilities are good but magazines could be more current and catering to the crowd they want to attract.

Couples go there but if bring GF there, too many hamsup eyes looking so not so nice la.

I like the videos and the Wifi too.

juz now saw d advert on tv, the place was quite impressive. very nice n cosy environment. even saw a guy having 'shuang fei'; not the dirty one lah, but clean one with 2 gals massaging him. surprised they provide such svc in a 'clean' spa.

Reviewont desk/counter manned by a bunch of bad attitude ah lians. I was standing right inReviewont of them for 30s but they were all busy smsing. Fcuk (verbally) them then they attend to me.... when it comes to service industry... it's a bad idea to get such Reviewontline service staff.

Read alot of their good makan so sure wanna try out their massageplaneterteria. One customer service lady staff (not usual servers) asked me what I like to eat and I made my orders. Wait and wait and wait... no drinks no food. Other guys who came after me already started eating. Walk to the customer service lady staff and asked her where's my order.... she was busy eating and stuffing her face. Talk to me with her mouth full..... another very bad choice for Reviewontline customer servie staff. Fcuk her left right center, she ran into the kitchen and came out telling my order was totally ignored. gotta wait another 15mins......signzzzzz. Chow finally came....taste.... so so. Hot Spa food quality is better.

On with the massage..... last chance to impress me. Massage aunty skill amateurish. Missed all the meridian points.... no strength.... almost play piano pattern.

Only saving grace for this joint is the nice deco and spa facilities. Spend so much $$$ on rental and reno.... but totally no focus on essentials such as service quality and most importantly..... GOOD massage therapist!!!

wah, seems like u had a bad experience while u were there. personally i give this place 9/10. Yes, it's on the pricey side but everything else was worth it (IMHO). There 3 girls and a guy tending to all customers to arrange for your massage. You can ask them to help u arrange for someone with better massage. Before the massage begins, normally the massage lady will ask you if you any extra attention to any specific area.

Maybe I have low expectations. Maybe other bros out there can give more feedback?

Can't remember what was the damage. I was a first timer so was given a first timer discount. Not sure how they validate I'm a first time and not sure whether this offer is still available. anyway... think it cost be $70~$80. Normal non member rates could set you back more than a $100++. Compare to other joints, it's pricey.

When it comes to massage, it's personal and I can be very fussy. I don't give a hoot whether the girl is pretty or not. The therapist can be a 80yr grandFATHER I don't care.... as long he or she or shim can give a good massage, I will be a fan.

Don't wan't to bother with feedback..... I am not too forgiving when it come to bad customer service. Remember once I went to Hot Spa at Roxy.... counter confirmed my booking starts in 1hr. So I helped myself with facilities and makan. 1hr later counter say not ready wait 15min. Ok.... not too bad. 15mins later counter say still not ready wait another 15mins. that's it.... I change and walk out. Counter want to charge me for using facilities and makan.... fcuk her left right center I don't pay a single cent for bad service.

Right now.... my favourite therapist is some village thai lady working at Chao Phraya (between Geylang Lor 33~35). $40 for 45min solid back massage. no need for good food, no need for fancy facilities.... I'm already a loyal fan of her. See her once or twice every week. Her massage is so GOOOOOOOD that it's even better than sex!!!!

dont flame me but imho, i still prefer health spa at grandlink for a really good rub and cheaper though may not be comparable to G Spa in terms of food and ambience. pity no one is taking over after the owner died.....would have been a nice place if it continued......sigh.....

Sorry that I have to disagree. Not that I am that type but the proper way of using hot/cold pool is to first scrub yourself clean and proceed with skinny dipping.

If you were to check out the spas in Taiwan, Korea and Japan, then you know why. It's obviously for hygiene reason..scrub clean and no linen in pools. Only given a small towel and a basin to shield your 'modesty'

With all the raids these days, some big bosses of HC and night clubs diversify to something less risky such as these "clean" spas.

But as long as customers are allowed to be totally naked during massage and know the masseaue better and as long as there is partition or curtain, sure can HJ or BBBJ somehow sooner or later. Who hates money?

If SYT comes in, then confirm got extra services. Which SYT would want to waste their youth in a clean spa as they get only basic pay plus a bit of commission and a bit of tips. SYT in this line is not there to do simple proper massage.

If all therapists are lao auntie in the early to mid 50s, those graduated Reviewom Spatec or other schools, then likely they are there to secure a "retirement job" as I do not thing any bros here want a HJ Reviewom a 55 year old auntie and suck her dropping neh neh, unless she is really that good with her BBBJ skill or HJ skill (that tornado twist of the fingers that can make you tak boleh tahan)
