A recap of my experiences at the spa
I was always a tough customer as per my business practices ,and being a non chinese speaking european has its drawn backs
When dealing with Asian mpa's.
The cultural differencies are such that the were some misunderstandings ,friendships were made and trust established,the service i recieved for the most part was always good and i urged many friends and associates to try the spa . My review was objective of my experience and was not intended to slander the Spa or discourage poeple from seeking thier own experiences
Anna exspressed her concerns to me and i understand her position as she is trying her best to make the business sucessful, as a result i am sad she regarded my review as a personal attack which was not the intent.
Hopefully her spas will prosper and she will enjoy the benefits from her hard work and dedication.
I will venture on in the field, and piss off a few more asiansalong the way,,, learning more about our diferent cultures and values and why we white men enjoy them so much .will not post anymore until i explore new territorys and have some objective intel.

Just back from the my regular spa,booked the appointement 4 days in advance for 45 mins and i asked for the room with the shower. checked in yesterday told cannot do 45mins only 30mins and that the shower room would not be available, on arrival i was told they had made the shower room availabe an moved the other client, i can understand that things change but when you book in advance it should be as agreed upon otherwise what is the point!
The session was interupted and the mpa left the room for 4 mins and then it lacked any cohesion, unlike my previous sesisions there.
Good business practice is to establish a regular clientel through good service and solid performance from the team
In my industry there is no time or room for errors on decisions that can cost thousands of dollars in revenue if not dealt with in the right way,even if that means upsetting some poeple.

I am disappointed that the owner of this spa has lost track of how important the regulars are in the chase to increase volume. Through "special discount pricing short term promos"
I am sure i wiill be looked upon as a " difficult customer" but i demand a lot from the poeple i deal with , but i give back as much as i demand.

I suceed were others fail as i set the bar to a higher standard with exceptional results.


I wish Anna much sucsess as she works hard ,but her business model needs some work.
We go to these places to be made to feel special and get rid of our tension,when that is not there its time to look elsewhere.

Sounds like valid complaints to me...nothing more frustrating then appointments not being honored and ladies walking out during the session (and they never seem to make up for the lost time) but unfortunately, that's the nature of this business sometimes. I guess more of us should voice our complaints to the owner when these types of things happen.

Sometimes I make an appointment and I'll show up 15 minutes early. They'll just take me to the room and not even ask if it was me that made the appointment. So it could easily be just some random dude that ended up taking my spot LOL.
