Called in yesterday to book Chanel at soul relax. Booker said she was available. When I got there she said she had an appointment already and couldn’t take me. Had to walk away, very disappointed in the bookers scheduling management

Did you actually book a time or was she just available when you called. A lot can happen on your drive over there if you didn't actually book a time.

That's not booking an apt. They don't know if you are actually coming. They deal with lots of losers all the time. I dont blame them for taking a sure thing if he walked in ready to go.

Golden Sunshine has three to choose from today. Selina is new, so I haven't seen her yet. But you can't go wrong with Cathy at GS or Tina at SR nearby.

I had the same problem i called in and booked for a specific time and when i got there they told me oh there was a mixup and she already had a client for that time booked literally wasted my time driving there and had to still wait 30 mins. Whats the point of booking an appt

i think the problem is they get a lot of people booking and then they dont show up, so they just play the percentage and tell everyone to come in and deal with the situation as it occurs and as in your case you waited ,sofor them it was a win win

Hello! I spoke to the owner about this. @mojorisin and @loves to lick are right - a lot of people book and don't show up, so they have to take the sure thing walk-in if the walk-in arrives 10 mins or earlier before someone's appointment. Otherwise the walk-in will be asked to wait a bit, and if the booked customer doesn't show then the walk-in will be seen. I don't blame the owner for operating thisnen way.

I'd say about half or more of appointments are no-shows.

Question for everyone: how would you solve this issue?
- Maybe an option to put a deposit via credit card to guarantee an appointment?
- Something else?

Also, we will be adding pictures to the website in the coming weeks.
