You charge too much for restrictive services- if you want to make that much per guy, offer more. If what you are offering (which appears to now be a bodyslide and cbj) is the max you are comfortable doing, don't charge as much. Be on time. If shit happens and you can't help but be late, don't cut sessions short and expect full pay. Don't no show people. Don't clock watch or cut sessions short. Try your best to flirt, make guys feel special.
