All good ideas in principle, but probably not feasible in reality.

Spas simply won't go through the same diligence as airlines regarding proof of vaccination. It's easy enough to show a false one, especially if we don't even know that MPA's real name.
And they won't turn down an unvaccinated client. Even then, it's easy enough for a client to show fake proof, too.

Wearing masks is an absolute turnoff.

In the same way that they say that the best birth control is abstinence, the best way to stop the spread is not to hobby. But we all know that that won't happen. We all suffered a long shutdown dry spell, and we don't want to have a repeat.

Temperature checks are way too inaccurate to be any practical use. Majority of the infected do not have temperatures, and conversely you can have a temperature for other reasons without being infectious or of any risk to anyone.

With rare exception the virus is not spread by surface contact, so a focus on surface cleaning is primarily hygiene theatre.
