I told him (her, it, they, zee.) that he (she, it, them,zey...) is not helping things. (Sorry....I don't know what my other biological male self identifies as.)

I put my other self on ignore, just like you say you have done with O.F. But, just like O.F....my other self just won't let go of a grudge. And....just like you...he likes to constantly remind people of things, they could give two shits about.
