Is the free 15min Sauna counted into the one hour? So, 15mins Sauna and 45mins massage, right?

For me I like to arrive about 20 mins early to relax a bit in the sauna. Great thing the sauna time doesn't count towards to the 1 hr massage. but don't fall a sleep in there and be late for you scheduled massage time...lol But usually the front desk will call you when your room is ready....Also I know some people like to use the sauna afterwards instead of before....
