I did have a same bad experience at Just Relax.

I called ahead to book May and the guy (Not KJ who will never commit this kind of mistake）confirmed that appointment at 5:30 pm. It turned out I waited in the room past 6 pm. I called the reception and the guy apologized for the mixed up which I doubt it was. I wonder this guy was really into his job and I miss Vanessa who was a good receptionist. Angela should be mindful about the service standard at the front desk, not only in the rooms.

Back to the session, May apologized to me when she learnt about my more than 30-minute waiting. Because I have to leave at 7 pm, I told May I shall shorten the session to 45 minutes but I shall pay her a full hour session. May was so sweet, saying don’t worry about it and went to tell the guy at the front it would be 45 minutes session.

The session with May, though shortened, was wonderful. The message was sensual and effective. I got what I expected. I felt my body loosen up and relaxed after the massage. May treated me very nicely at the end. It was a very very good session which erased the bad mood for waiting. Mmmm...,,,l am now thinking of seeing May again at Superior today

Ok ..let me chime in here a bit. What happened to Jessyhay was partly my fault cuz I didn't ask Angela first before taking his appointment. He will be looked after well on his next visit and I believe Angela has already sent him an apology.

Long waiting time are a big issue almost every day no matter how I try my best and manage not to let that happen by giving a few minutes gap time in between appointments. JR is a very busy spa with lots of good looking new young girls and 95% of the clients are there by appointments. When someone came in a few minutes late and if that person refused to take 45 minutes instead of his one hr appointment, it pushes back all the other following appointments, hence causing the longer wait time. Sometimes there were times some guys taking shower so long after their sessions to a point I have to go knock the door and tell them someone waiting for the room.
Trust me, it is not that easy when those kinds of things happened. I always call and give some customers a heads up saying we are a little behind the schedule appointment time if I have their numbers. There is no way everyone will get their appointments right on time, not much difference than your appointments at your doctors' office or lawyers' office. My family doctor is worse, I never ever had a time I have waited less than one hr. Most times it is over one and a half hr, but he is really good, so there is not much I can do.

The tipping issue. The spa policy not to ask is pretty tough for the girls. There are lots of cheap asses who abuse the policy. Some even left without paying after having HE. And then some are so cheap. Recently we have 2 guys who just tipped Jenny $5 and $20 on the same day after staying 90 min with HE. Jenny told me she told them not to ever book her again. I don't blame Jenny at all..

On Thursday, followed the Kraymeister's suggestion and called for an appointment around 10 am for an 11 am visit. Told Yuki available, showed up 45 minutes later non-Kray guy at the desk says no Yuki today. I walked.

Being a loyal customer for a few years I held back on several bad reviews ..,,,,.

One simple way to avoid all this shit. Don't overbook. Politely tell your customers you are busy instead of wasting customer's time. I would have no problem with a simple " no, we are busy". I still have 1 session left in my package that is the reason for my return. The girls are good but Angela's management is very poor.

They simply take advantage of you, being a regular of JR, you will be coming back no matter how bad you were treated. The JR owner knows you too well.

I had a very bad experience with my regular girl at another spa. At a 45-Minute time line, the girl went out to open the door for a walk in. She came back to the room terminating our session, saying that she would make up the time difference to me next time. Who cares about that 15 minutes? No respect at all and never go back! She simply thought that I shall come back no matter what. The fact is: there will be no next time.

The new en-suite shower reno is a great one, just sub par of places like flirt. too bad not all room has it. Hygiene is good, but the robe is usually somewhat wet, makes me wonder they ever wash it.

Girls are half 30ish and half 40ish, a total of 10-12. KJ's description is probably from a non chinese, old man's perspective. Put all of them under spot light, the best looking one will be 6.5 max. Body wise most are just regular unfit Chinese women, with some Cs and Ds but no ass.

this place is for good massage which I will say most deliver even the younger ones that is why I am still going. mileage wise as I speak good chinese and not bad looking so is usually nicely treated. can't speak for everyone, it is ymmv place, the key is u need to click with the girl.

the girls i had so far that's still on,

Olivia (27,8ish, plain & proper looking, good body, hard massage that I don't like, lots of elbows, the only one that is restrictive to me, confirmed with other girls she is the most restrictive one)
