Here is another review of the new girl Suki in red board a while back.

Went in for something different the other day. Was greeted by Suki and asked for a body scrub and massage.
In her bubbly and energetic way, she says no problem, come with me.
I get undressed in one of the massage rooms then she brings me to the table shower room. Turns out it's Mabel who will give me my scrub. What a great feeling all the way through the process. It’s the Partners who rake it in. Very few can make it to Partner level. Hence the churn with 2-3 year life expectancy. It’s a Pyramid. Like any hierarchy based org. We are all slaves to a “master”. LoL

Sorry but JR ain’t no where close to a big 4 consulting firm. Each MPA is akin to “an owner operator” renting out a room to render massage and sexual services. JR can be more discerning And selective in hiring the right qualified person with a customer Rolodex and skills.

WUT, I am very impressed with your observations. The young female operator is one of a kind rare find lady. I myself was quite surprised to find such a smart young girl in this business. She is quite different from other spa owners I have seen and dealt with. She never waste her time watching garbage on the smart phone. She is always doing something to improve her life and education in her free time by studying something new, taking different courses at school one after another since I have known her. The best thing about her is she is very straight forward, very honest, generous, has a good heart, treats her girls very well like friends and I have never ever seen her yelling at the girls like other spa owners I have been with. I will never forget what she told me a while back about her girls " They don't work for me, they work with me."
