I will be honest we don't mind little criticism about our business. It gives us chance to improve our facility and customer service.
Last week one client mentioned about shower head not working and as a business management we understand that things break down so we replaced it right away. If someone has any issue you can mention to us. we will listen and improve it.
But if you creating a thread To talk about our water heater all day. That's not nice and I think we don't have that kind of time in a day.
Like I said for some guys this business is just living life on appointment based.
