My two cents: don't blame ladies. You are the one who needs to be first blamed. You took your power and gave it to ladies....it's your fault.
If you can't find happiness in one place go to another. Most of us for some reason make ourselves weak and accept situations and we complain about everything.
I will ask you now: If you go to a restaurant and you not getting good service and good food what you will do or any other services that you are paying for?
Have the ball and stand for yourself. Let them know if it's something wrong.
I am sure after a while these ladies will change tunes.

That is correct. We are to blame for allowing it to happen. I was mainly wondering if you would return to a sub average massage if there where no extras

On the flip side, .... I get it they are trying to run an incredibly tough business with demanding physical work, needy clients and monthly costs that need to be met etc etc. I am sure some days are good but others can be a huge challenge with less than spectacular clients walking through the door, some with no appointments and still having to put on a smile to look after them day after day. I guess I always try to look at both sides and the challanges / needs for a successful outcome.

On the ladies part, interruptions can be better managed. No need for electronics in the room. You can check messages and arrange appointments in between. We are grown men, we know what is happening if we text and there is no immediate reply. Heck there are voicemail and text auto replies!

as Far as greeting walk ins or the next appointment who is early…don’t. There’s no reason to leave the room. Lock the outside door if you are the only therapist (or all the therapists are engaged) and put up a sign saying when the door will be open or how to make an appointment.

I have left, and also boycotted some therapists due to poor practices.

The therapists, masseuses who are truly successful figure out how to provide stellar services, day in day out, and they don't need the support of white knights and shills to keep posting about them to con new clients through the door. They generate loyal repeats as an outcome of their great service. Of course, some clients will claim that some of these providers are boring because the massage experience is somewhat the same. I congratulate these masseuses. I prefer the same top notch service every time, rather than the thrill of multiple interruptions and pathetic excuses for uneven services. If I want another kind of massage, I will go to another excellent therapist who gives a different kind of massage.

The reason many clients put up with incompetent services is because they are used to being kicked around. They dare not demand great service. As a paying client I don't expect to be taken for granted. As a loyal repeat customer I expect great service level every time. If this weakens, I do not hesitate, it's time to direct the cash flow to someone else. In past two years I try to focus on just a couple of masseuses so that the flow of funds is concentrated at them. It makes for Win-win arrangements. However, nothing is permanent. This is the key learning. If the total experience comes short 2 or 3 times, bid adieu and move on. Do not respond back. They will respect you.

I have been wondering also, how many of the guys on here would go see there regular therapist if the extra services where no longer available ? Lots of the women on here are average at best, and there is a lot of better places to go to, but it seems that only one reason we keep returning to these ladies. We will put up with a average or below average massage, as long as there is more offered...

If I walk out mid session it woll be pretty serious. I will not be back there. If i walk into amother place somewhere else and see that masseuse i will refuse to see her
