If a girl is only averaging 2 clients per shift then she won't be at Premier for very long. They are a very busy spa chain and if you're not busy then you should be at a different spa and make room for another girl who will be.

Premier is like major league baseball. Go to AAA or AA if you can't compete at the top tier.

Clearly because people are still seeing them despite the lack of a menu. Not everyone requires a menu. If you demand a menu, leave the MP and go see a SP.

The reason it's confusing is because it completely flies in the face of the false and malicious narrative that management purges staff who don't provide requisite milage.

Since these girls and many others continue to be there for years on end that's obviously not the case, even though that's what so many others including their competitors want everyone to believe.

It also sets up hapless clients for disappointment with the erroneous expectation there is a guarantee of higher service levels and extras. It's simply not the case there or anywhere else, much as other posters want us to believe otherwise.

It's the girls who provide the milage, not the spa.

Always remember menu is YMMV ...some guys are not chimming in when they see "no menu" offered . They will like for you to continue thinking that..while there getting fs ..again YMMV ..think about it ..There still being seen because guys like to spend 200 just for a hand job ...?? Hmmmm

Who says people pay $200 for a HJ? Plenty of people only pay the standard $120 or $150 per session.

I don’t think Premier girls doing extras is a big myth. Everything at spas is YMMV but some places mileage is consistently higher. When I ask for mileage at Premier the girls never act surprised and most provide a few menu items or more. Some spas are not like that. Premier girls told me themselves that extras are encouraged. Probably girls will be kept on if they stay booked up but girls who extras will get more bookings usually. The hardest to book girls are known for high mileage.

If a girl is working 3 shifts a week and is fully booked, the spa is happy. If a girl is working 3 shifts a week and is sitting upstairs for half of them, she won't be working at Premier for long.

Whether a girl provides extras or not is irrelevant so long as she's busy. If a girl is feeling pressured to do stuff, it's because she's not busy and other girls are lining up to take her shifts.

100% quote for truth. Plenty of ppl have the same menu but the overall experience is way different. Attitude is night and day. Even quality of massage, everything is way different.

I'm not a mileage seeker, never been. I go to Premier and really the only 2 I would even both to see is Monica or Evelyn. With both, it's always been within MPA limits, and I tip because they know what I like. They treat me well. Honestly the session fee + tips kill me so I go outside and see AMPs more then anything else.

Now with that? I've been seeing one girl regularly on and off for almost 4 years. She is basically my go-to for when my back is hurt, when anything. She has pretty much been low mileage for almost all of the 4 years. I have a great time and I have almost always left happy.

It's not about the mileage, more about the massage, experience, the tease. As someone else said, if I wanted to get a full course then I would have gone to a SP.

If it was just about the mileage and extras then places like minx spa, alphacare... etc would be packed.
For me its overall experience, customer service , treated like they want my business, when decide where to go and those places will make me want to back.

The reason Premier is so popular is they offer high mileage with great facilities, customer service, attractive girls who behave professionally. Places like Minx are trashy enough that a lot of mileage guys will stay away. Premier fills the niche.
