It goes both ways but these girls know who they want to keep as repeat customers. Just put yourself in their shoes or have a look from business point of view. You will find your answer quite easily.
Whenever I see a new girl, I always do my home work first, knows how much her rates are and always pay her up front in full without any negotiations just to get money out of the way.
