ebossy, I spoke to Anna seriously about your issue on not getting body slide with that kind of money. Anna was so pissed and warn her not to be too greedy. Then she has another issue with another client about an hr ago very similar to your problem. Anna called me and told me she has had enough of her attitude and let her go. That's one thing I like about Anna. She sacrifice on door fees with special rates in slow time to keep the spa busy so the girls can make decent money, but she won't tolerate if the girls are selfish and greedy and tried to scam the customers. Customer satisfaction is her main priority. I told her she made the right decision.

I never post here but thought I’d chime in when I saw the complaint against Lucy. I was there earlier that day (8 apr) and asked for an appt with Christina or Anna specifically. When I got there the girl asked for the 1 hr door fee up front ($80). I asked for her name and she wouldn’t give it to me. I asked again directly and she said “Lucy”. Told her I asked for an appointment with Anna or Christina. She leaves, and Lucy comes back in a couple of minutes later with some oil and towels. I stopped her and said in very clear English, I made an appointment with “ANNA OR CHRISTINA” not Lucy lol. She left abruptly and said Christina would be with me in an hour. I told her I wanted to see Anna in that case, and she said Anna wasn’t working (when I specifically came in that day to see one of them).

I asked for my money back and left - and really started to rethink if I would ever go back. I mean, glad to see that she was let go, but what was Anna thinking hiring her in the first place. Makes me question the lot.

She said you will get a special rate room fee and looking fwd to treat you like a king what ever that means..lol.
