Hey, I can confirm from reading this thread that this is the same place I found on Craigslist. Their CL number is 646 255 2175 (they gave me a diff VIP # after I went).

It was a residential house, just like described, action goes on upstairs. There was a guy waiting in the living room when I came down after. The girl was maybe a 6 or so, nice attitude but definitely rushed it. Standard stuff, condom in mouth etc. No GFE action here (but what do you expect?).

I talked her into 140. As usual YMMV depending on what you negotiate/tip. I'm pretty sure everyone is accepted, so if you want a quick, cheap fuck this isn't a bad spot.

Only concern I have is when I left I'm pretty sure a neighbor was giving me the stinkeye - so I think that this place won't last long.

there are 2 some what bad things about this place. Its next to 2 residential homes and the other which I solved by telling the mamasan when I call is that if you go early and wait for a girl they seat you in the living room/ walk in area. my first time there I actually saw some guy walking down the stairs and got a good look at him. luckily I was wearing a hat really low so I doubt he got a good look at me. I told her the next time that I didnt want to run into any customers and since then it hasnt happened again
