I found that you must request the Reviewee mosha if you take up the 65min, 90min or 120min session. If you don't ask they won't volunteer to give the mosha.

You can ask for before or after although they'll recommend after if you get the thai oil. It helps to clean up the oil. Comes off easier in the shower. If I go for a traditional thai massage I'd go for it before the full massage. Feels so much cleaner with heightened awareness during the massage proper.

Do take note that the mosha will cut into your proper massage time and anything else you may wish to indulge in.

Had the same experience recently-no mosha given even when the reception recommended the 60 min package as it comes with Reviewee mosha.
Asked the girl during massage and she say it will be provided at the end-but was not and I forgot about it as I was distracted by the girl constant chatting.
