If someone walks in and doesn't stay because she won't see them, then how would the spa be better off if she wasn't there at all. Same result unless you are assuming there would be a different MPA in her place who the client would stay with. If that's the case, then that client would probably stay with one of the other MPA's already there. If they only want to see Lucy, then there would be no door fee no matter how many other MPA's are there, either in addition to her or brought in to replace her. In terms of it reflecting badly on the spa, I suppose that's possible, but only if people make more of this than they should.

And no, I am willing to bet most clients that are rejected for whatever reason will either be put off from staying or won't stay because no one else to their tastes is available. Someone who shows up for Lucy isn't going to go for someone like Megan or Noor instead and vice versa.

It's really that basic, if an MPA on a roster excludes a certain and in this case sizable part of the the client base then the spa is losing out. Maybe you're just a dumb simp but can't tell if you're being intentionally obtuse or really are this much of a brainlet to not understand this.
