The girl in the front is no good. No phone manners, very robotic. Can't sell the girls to clients. She upset very easily if asked questions about girls mainly because she is too lazy to educate herself.

Well... She is not that bad compared to the Chinese guy at JR, the girl at Kelly Bayview, Susan at I&U and another spa on my Group ad, but her boss thinks she's very good. I was with her 2 days ago and watching how she answered the calls. All she said was mentioned the names of 4 girls and didn't say anything about the new super star from Mkham spa who was there that day and didn't say anything about other girls either. They have no sense of salesman and don't know how to get the customers come over.

They just don't know what it takes to get the customer come over. If there is a will. there is a way, some girls just doesn't want to learn or some have no talent or some just there for the money.

What's happening here at OEM? I think its probably the busiest Semi-legit(bordering on holistic) spa in Toronto right now. Yuki does a fantastic job of bringing in fresh new faces, not seen before in the industry(for the most part). However, almost every session I have been to recently, I hear yet another horror story of an Indian, Srilankan, or Pakistinian customer agreeing to a tip amount, then when the service is finished, just taking off! Like come on guys, I understand in some other cultures bargining and haggling for products and services is the norm, and i'm sure girls here in Toronto are use to it. But please, pay what you agree to at the very least! When you rob these girls, and we come in as the next clients to deal with the mess you left behind its not always a great atmosphere. I can deal with the body order left in the rooms, or the girls complaining about the extreme levels of service you ask for at very unreasonable prices, but to just rob them? That is a really low class move. I think Yuki should start banning these guys, print out there photo and leave it at reception so the receptionist doesn't allow them to book again. Or even post the photos of the guys who rob the girls here in the forums. That way other owners can get a heads up about these unsavoury customers.

No MPA should be getting robbed at any spa by any customer. Spa owners need to stand up for there staff, and make examples out of these guys. They ruin the days of the MPA's and they sometimes ruin our upcoming sessions as well. If you cannot afford this hobby, stay at home, jerk off, save up some money until you can afford a session.
