I dont want to make this too long but i need to get this off my chest because im still bitter about the treatment i received from the boss. I think ill feel better after i get this off my chest and hear some feedback because maybe i was in the wrong idk.

I want to start off by saying the boss and i had a great relationship from the day she made things right by me. Ive defended her on this forum before and gave her praise. She is good at what she does. She told me my reviews/suggestions have helped also. I have a lot of good things to say about the boss.

I’ll get to the point now. One Saturday I got a massage I wasn’t happy with it and I let her know in person and she was receptive about it. the boss was in a very good mood, exactly like I knew her to be. I decided I wasn’t going to write a review about my experience with the masseuse because I already wrote one about a different masseuse in the past and I had the same experience with her so it didn’t make any sense to me. The boss being in a good mood and her response to the situation made me feel better.

Later that night I wrote on massage planet: any reviews about Mia? And I wrote under it, when is Anna going to be on the schedule. then I go to bed. I wake up Sunday morning to see if I got a reply from anyone. Then I noticed I was blocked from the whole thread! I was thinking this is a mistake. i msged the admin of the site and he said the person who started the thread is the only one that has the power to block someone from commenting. I was shocked because I thought the boss would be the last person to do that to me. When I just saw her the day before and she was very nice to me.

So I msged her asking what I did to get block no response. Then I call her and I ask her, she completely dodges the question and asks me who I want to see. I say idk I haven’t seen the pics yet. So she sent them to me. Then im wondering why didn’t she answer the question. It was eating me up inside because I didn’t know what it was I did wrong. So I drove 40 mins to the spa and I can see she visibly irritated that I showed up and she was being a little sassy towards me. I wanted to see amber but she was busy. So I was walking out because I was afraid to bring it up again because of the way I was being treated.

Then I think to myself I drove too far not to ask. So I ask her why I was banned from mp. She said some of my post dont make any sense and she thinks its unneeded. she said she doesn’t have a problem with my reviews because, theyre true and it helps her improve customer service. Then I asked her what doesn’t make sense about my posts then. Then she said she doesn’t like when I complain about the pictures not being shown in a timely manner (which I get in a sense. I was trying to help the business because some guys are morning people and they like to see the talent early so they can decide if they want to go or not. But I did complain about it a few times)

then she said she didn’t like when I asked when Anna was working, because I can call the spa and ask for myself. This one I dont get. I explained to her I haven’t seen Anna on the schedule in a long time so I wanted to know if she was still working and when she’s coming back. I see people make those same comments all the time and I dont see them getting banned for asking that. She said on the post anna was on vacation. This was a while ago and I still haven’t seen her so, my guess is they must’ve had a falling out or something and that post triggered her. That’s the only reason I can think of as to why I would be banned over that comment. the convo was very short with the boss and I. I said sorry then I left. Then I was sitting in my car and I was mad and disappointed and I didn’t feel welcomed after the interaction. if I got banned based on a harsh review I made then fine id understand that. Anyways I sent an apology text to her because she was clearly bothered. She accepted the apology. I told her I won’t be coming back and I won’t post on the thread anymore since she doesn’t like it. She said thank you and she said she’s going to unblock me. Which was kind of weird to me.

There’s two lessons here. when you make a review frame it so any manager won’t know who it is. Even if they want to make things right because it will bite you one day.

And one for the boss. It’s one thing to have a bad experience with a masseuse yes, it leaves a bad taste in your mouth but you can always see someone different. But it’s another thing when you have a bad experience with the manager or boss. It just makes you not want to go back to the establishment. clear example me.

I wish you the best, I still think you’re wonderful at your job and you market the spa well, and you interact with clients the best I’ve seen. It’s a shame that things had to end this way. Im currently trying to find a new spa but it’s hard. Especially with the home feed changing on massage planet. So im open to suggestions in the dms only! Out of respect for the boss dont post any on the thread.

Hi dear, we banned your ancount becouse you leave some message not about the reviews for girls or something really bother all the time, ,that's what you always doing.

we don't have any issues with anna, why you still try to make some gosip here, that's why we banned you, and you drove to our spa ask me to open you account, just wanna just say this. let it go sir.

and the truth is you never see anna before when she on schedule, you only looking for black girl or brown girl,
