I did BBFS multiple times with different working girls already, every girl charged different price (some $100 extra, some $200 extra, and I refused those who charged $300 extra). Before asian agencies started advertising it and bringing in a ton of girls who do it, there wasn't a lot of good quality girls.

This could lead to a disaster for guys who are married and have sex with their wife or partner while they are indeed infected but have no symptoms. By then she is infected as well and poor guy is fucked. For single guys, some of infections can lead to irreversible damages to the piping system and could cause aspermia. Means “ NO SOUP FOR YOU”

Medications don't obviously reduce the odds of contracting something... I think the wording of this is just awkward. And incidentally, there are strains of gonorrhea and syphilis that have evolved in the last few years that are very resistant to traditional antibiotic treatments. And then there's good old herpes... basically incurable, although there are more effective treatments for sure.
