We are operating on Covid hours. I told them they can go home at 8 - 8:30 if not busy.
I myself went to Superior after golf at 7: 45 pm today and I was lucky I caught Mimi when she was about to go home. I had to beg her to stay. She talked me down to take only 45 minutes. Most spas now close early if not busy. Same with JR. Nobody is allowed to leave before 10 pm before Covid and $30 penalty if want to leave early. Now the girls can go home early after 9 -9:30 if not busy.
The girls are in control now how they want to work bcuz of shortage of girls. If you play tough, they quit. That's what happened to GL. The new owner was tough on the girls and the girls quit. Now he is struggling finding girls.

clearly the boss at GL needs to learn the art of management and as well customer service. Short fuse = bad reputations.
