How many years do you guys figure it will be, before big business expands further down Bangla Road, and much of what's there now gets replaced with big fancy "family oriented" places?

Will it never happen, and Bangla will remain mostly unchanged, or will new construction start forcing the small old places to relocate?

If the people who own the land get offered enough money, will they sell out? If so, how many years from now do you think this might happen?

For that matter, does it really matter? Won't places simply relocate and continue on?
