Does anybody know what's going on with Platinum Spa? Has it closed down? They don't answer the phone.

They are open for business.
Its Penthouse on Jasper Avenue that is now closed as there are renos taking place.

There are a few ads in Calgary that feature RMT services in the description. They use it as a traffic driver to their biz. Unfortunately, most is not true because when at the end of the session, they give you a till receipt, not an RMT receipt. They say oh you did not say you want RMT to claim for the price and girl you choose. It's a scam. Especially their promo pricing you take, they say not qualified. Then they also charge GST or $5 extra for receipt. RMT skills my ass! Look at my LN Massage report in CGY forum. Looks like a few Edmonton locations offering RMT too. Whether u actually get Wendy from Xiaoping quality or you get mediocre Betty quality or that Tropic Spa and Tan. Platinum will remain a AMP with extensive menus.

Thanks for the info welldunn I will check out the Calgary forum! I would be really shocked if they had RMT's who could provide receipts as I think the bylaw people would have a real issue with that not to mention the RMT licensing board..

There are shady business practices going on but if there is an actual RMT quality massage available, and extras are given for tips if I like the lady, I will happily indulge and look the other way. I only get angry when I get ripped off with no RMT massage quality even if advertised they do.

Well that is a shady industry! The Asians are especially known for many questionable technicques but all nationalities in the trade are as bad.
I have seen that Alyson at TNT advertises RMT level massage skill but I have never seen a review that talks to that skill.

I don't bother with any Alyson posts any longer since she has basically spammed the adult entertainment advertising venues with her over board amount of insane posts about the ladies working.
I understand advertising, but she takes it to another level. You know when you see a commercial run all night long by the time you go to bed you make a conscious decision you will never use that service or business.

She has pushed me to that limit.

Hah, I am in the exact same boat Bob. She spams the crap out of CAF, backpage and even Craigslist. Even if there was someone good at temptations that i would want to see I would refuse to go there since all those ads have made me hate the place.

I have a bad feeling its only a matter of time before she finds this website too
